Dr.Silvia Grossi-Stone D.V.M.
Dr. Silvia Grossi-Stone was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina where she initially lived until the age of 3. Her family moved to California in 1963, with hopes and plans for more opportunities. Her father was able to successfully own and operate a foreign auto electric repair business in Hollywood for 10 years. However, he yearned for his country, so in 1973 the family moved back to Buenos Aires. While living in Argentina, Dr Silvia attended veterinary school, graduating with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1984 from the University of Buenos Aires, College of Veterinary Sciences. By the year 1983, her family had again relocated to the USA establishing another business in Denver, CO. After graduating from vet school in 1984, Dr Silvia joined her family and moved to Colorado. There she started the long process of obtaining her US veterinary credentials. Dr Silvia completed a one year internship, required as part of the foreign veterinary licensing process, in a wonderful small animal and equine general practice. She obtained her US National Veterinary Accreditation in 1986 in the states of California and Washington. Dr Silvia met her husband Bryan, in Golden CO, where he attended Colorado School of Mines. They were married that same year, but soon moved to Seattle, WA after Bryan was hired by an environmental consulting company. She worked in Seattle at a large multi-doctor practice for many years, but with the demands of her growing family of 4 children, Dr. Silvia decided to branch out on her own to start a much needed service in the Seattle area, which would give Bryan and her more flexibility to raise their family. A housecall practice called Mukilteo Mobile Veterinary Services was born. She owned and operated this practice until relocating again in 2002, due to another job transfer of her husband to Southern California. Here in SoCal, she worked at a local vet hospital for 4 years but decided the mobile practice was a much better fit and a huge need in the area. This time however, she wanted to provide more services on a mobile basis. She purchased a La Boit Sprinter mobile clinic in 2008 and Dr Silvia's Mobile Veterinary Clinic opened for service in Orange County.
The practice was incorporated in 2010 with the name Simply Housecalls, Inc.
Her compassion and unique understanding of animals have made her a very successful doctor. The practice has grown soley from referrals. Her ability to connect with clients, helping them with the needs of their pets, and in particular with in home euthanasia ( years of exceptional experience) and her gentle way with animals and their owners, have made her practice thrive.
Her special interests are nutrition, dermatology, endocrinology, reproduction, animal rehabilitation, hospice and end of life services.
She is fluent in Spanish and her hobbies include cooking, gardening, reading, skiing, horseback riding, boating, loves the beach and especially spending time with her family. She lives in Orange County with her husband, and youngest son, two dogs Malibu and Lila-Ween, lots of fish, turtles and their beloved Arabian mare Sophie.

Marina PremoliVeterinary Assistant
Ever since Marina can remember animals have been her passion. She has worked with and cared for a wide variety of animals throughout her life and career as a veterinary assistant. From peacocks, potbelly pigs, and rabbits to horses, cats and dogs, she loves them all. She recently moved back to Orange County where she grew up, after spending several years on the central coast. While attending school in Monterey California, Marina had the opportunity to complete clinal hours at the SPCA Wildlife Center, which provided her the amazing experience of working with birds of prey, and many other magnificent wild creatures. Marina also has a deep love and appreciation for the outdoors. She enjoys backpacking, camping, reading and gardening. On the weekends she usually hits the trails with her pups or her horse. Marina's little critter family includes her three dogs, horse, cat and African Senegal parrot. She hopes her love for animals and nature will cultivate a more compassionate world for all creatures, where all animals are treated with compassion and respect.
